Bully

“Sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never harm me”

That old saying would bring some moans and it’s the words that I would flee

All that’s said cuts deeply in as if it were a knife

Memories of these words to this day scar my life

You don’t need to be physical to become a bully

Personal attacks are all it takes to deeply hurt me

Words as weapons can hurt deeply and forever damage the soul

And on the Net the worst of enemies can simply be a troll

Don’t be the bully who talks without thinking, who’s tongue can be a whip

Before you know it, you’ll lose your friends, you’ll find they’ll all jump ship
