My Favourite Cake

When I think of the cakes abound

My taste buds tingle at the sound

Of all the well known much loved sweets

Like Black Forest and other treats

The one that makes my heart most ache

Is the creamy classic cheesecake

With a crunchy biscuit-based crumb

All filled with cream cheese oh so yum

Topped with dollops of fresh whipped cream

And passionfruit to make it gleam

Heaven sent describes the taste

Nothing ever goes to waste
